    The Ubiquitous Mr Fox will lead us in a fabulous themed session titled "TELL HIM HE'S DREAMING!


    To dream and have hope is a quintessential part of the human spirit, which is why so many songs over the years have been written about DREAMS. Here is a collection of just a few of these.

    Come along and join Les Fox with optimism and stars in your eyes     on Thursday 24th October.

    Dressing gowns, PJs, Nighties, Teddy Bears with optional Hot Water Bottles are encouraged but not compulsory to get into the spirit of Dreaming!!!  There'll be plenty of people and joyous songs to keep you awake if your tempted to nod off.
